Not just students, future leaders.

Next Gen is the student association of LUISS Guido Carli that takes students inside companies, newsrooms and the stories of people building something. In editorial partnership with Next Leaders by Forbes Italia.

An association that does, not one that talks

We are students at LUISS Guido Carli. We came together around a simple idea: university years are not only about grades, but about understanding how the world we would like to work in actually works.

So we organise meetings with the people who lead that world, we go inside companies, and we write alongside the Next Leaders newsroom at Forbes Italia. Every activity comes from our members: those who join propose, and almost always end up building.

Events
Creates the link between the academic, cultural and corporate worlds, organising experiences that go beyond lectures. It looks after the ideas, the relationships with companies, the logistics and the choice of topics and speakers that genuinely leave something with the people who attend.
Human Resources
Runs the selection and the interviews, from the first introductory conversation through to the technical interview. It then follows each person throughout their life in the association, dealing with any issues that come up inside the departments.
External Relations
Builds and maintains the relationships with companies, public institutions and the University, turning them into real opportunities for our members. It develops partnerships, coordinates events and conferences and prepares collaboration proposals.
Social Media
Runs communication on Next Gen's social channels, from brand identity to official content. It looks after carousels, videos and stories, from filming through to editing and post-production.
Editorial
Looks after the narrative and strategic quality of Next Gen and Next Leaders content, setting the editorial direction of every issue. It supports authors as they write and refines copy and headlines, keeping the standards that make the magazine credible with CEOs, partners and the press.

Events, behind the scenes and articles: everything we do goes through our channels first.
