Stepping into Pininfarina means facing an idea of design that goes beyond aesthetics and becomes industrial vision. The story of the brand and of the cars on display introduced us to a model in which the relationship with the client is part of the creative process.
The conversation then turned to people: entry paths, the role of human resources, the internship as a space for training and responsibility. We came away with a clearer understanding of the processes that make a product recognisable and a vision sustainable over time.
