The Executive Talk organised by Next-Gen hosted Alessandro Daffina, chairman of Rothschild & Co Italy. An illuminating and deeply inspiring evening for the students who attended.
The conversation covered young people, future prospects and the challenges of investment banking, but also a more personal side: that of a self-made man who had the courage to believe in his dreams. What struck everyone most was his humility, his low profile and complete absence of arrogance: an authentic conversation with a mentor who left a mark.
